The VeSync app may display "disconnected" constantly for the following reason: The smart scale automatically powers off 20 seconds after displaying your body measurements in order to conserve energy. During this time, the app will show the scale as "disconnected". To reconnect, simply turn the scale back on and open the VeSync app.

There are two ways for multiple users to utilize the same smart scale: 1. Multiple Users with Separate VeSync Accounts: Note that only 5 VeSync accounts can be paired with the smart scale at a time. 2. Multiple Users with a Shared VeSync Account: Users can create multiple user profiles within a single VeSync account. All users can log into the same account (on their own smartphones) without requiring the other users to log out.

To update the scale's firmware, follow these steps: 1. Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is enabled. 2. Power on the smart scale. 3. Open the VeSync app and tap the scale icon to access the device page. Wait a few seconds for the Bluetooth connection to be established, indicated by a blue Bluetooth icon on the scale's display. 4. Follow the in-app instructions to complete the firmware update. Do not let the scale's display turn off during the connection or update process.

MyFitnessPal does not allow synchronization of all data to VeSync. 3. The smart scale's colorful TFT display allows you to track your progress and provides fun, customized, and interactive messages, even without using your phone. Your measurements will automatically sync to the VeSync app via WiFi.

You can also use voice control by asking Alexa, "Alexa, ask VeSync how much weight I have lost this month," to keep your motivation going.
