1. Download the Vihealth app and turn on Bluetooth.
2. Step on the smart scale until it shows "0.00".
3. In the app, go to Profile -> Add Device -> Lescale F3.

If the smart scale only shows weight, it is suggested to be barefoot when using the body fat scale to get accurate readings and to register on the Vihealth app to track body fat and other data and set up an accurate profile.

When the body fat scale is sometimes inaccurate, it's recommended to place the weight scale on a flat, hard surface, wait for "0" on the digital display, and keep still during weighing.

To switch the weighing unit, the unit switching is subject to the app. Without the app, users can press the "UNIT" button on the digital scale to change units. With the app connected, the change in Profile -> Settings -> Units.
